We visited a missionary who has a ministry to street children. Here they are eating (Senegal style of course)

Me with my crowd of friends on the beach-- they did a throughout check of my muscles, jabbing and poking, and evidently I passed.. they certainly gave me a show showing me theirs.. the Senegalese are really into fitness and we past many people jogging and doing push-ups and sit-ups on the beach
